Be warned. I'm feeling violent.

So, this is more of a rant than it is anything else. I don't really blog, as everyone knows, but I'm just really FED UP with the stuff that's been going on here. I just...*Screams*

Okay. So, I should probably fill everyone in on here, or they're probably going to think I'm insane. Well, I am. But that's another blog, another time...yada yada, blah blah blah.

So, for the past few weeks or so, Darryl has been working at least 8-10 hours a day, 40+ hours a week. I have no problem with that, I have no problem of him earning money. But I DO have a problem with how he handles things. It completely pisses me off that he can go to work and then come home, complain about being tired, and get out of doing anything in the house.

Complaint number 1: Just because he goes to work all day doesn't mean that he needs to be the way he is. The "I'm tired," and "I'll do this and then go to bed," Or the half-assed things he does around the house needs to stop. My mother went to work 14-16 hours A DAY and then had to come home to take care of her three daughters ALONE. No one helped her with anything. She'd done it for years, without a second thought on her behalf. Yet, Darryl thinks that 8-10 hours a day is something to complain about.

Complaint number 2: "It's a lot of work." Yes, so is schooling, which he doesn't seem to understand. I can spend all day, literally from dawn to dusk, at school, come home and complain I'm tired, and he'll make some snide comment about him having to go to work for however many hours and then I'm supposed to just take it and be like, "OH MY GOODNESS! YOU'RE RIGHT! (Though you're definitely wrong)!" Just because he's older than me. Doesn't act like it.

Complaint number 3: Because of Complaint number 1 (my mom working a lot of hours), she was hospitalized TWICE within 3 months and put in ICU because she literally worked herself to death. She ended up on a vent both times, and the one time, it was me calling 9-1-1 to get her help. The second time, my mother had fallen asleep on the living room couch after work, and she didn't wake up. Yet, Darryl doesn't seem to get the hint that my mother has health issues, and thinks that she does nothing all day.

Complaint number 4: Adding onto complaint number three; "DEAR DUMBASS DARRYL! Just because we're at home all day doesn't mean that we're not doing any work." We clean the house, we cook food, and we take care of the animals. May not sound like much, but you complain every time we ask you to do one of the things that we're usually stuck with.

*sighs deeply*

Okay. I have to breathe or I'm going to keep repeating myself.

So, wanna know some things he's done?

  • HE DROVE TO WAL-MART AND CAME HOME WITH STUFF. HE HAD TO GO BACK THAT NIGHT, AND ASKED MY MOM FOR DIRECTIONS!
  • He's had the same place of employment for years (different names), and one day asks my mom HOW TO GET TO HIS OWN FUCKING JOB!
And the number one stupidest thing that he does:

"So, what did you do today?"

*repeatedly headdesks*

Okay. Okay.

So, now that I've written for over an hour on the subject of how dumb and arrogant Darryl is, I think I need to go and listen to some more of my music up as loud as it can go to try and drown out this very VIOLENT urge I'm still feeling.

And I apologize for the curse words and everything that's in it. I just kept on typing. And because I never seem to get comments on time, just email or text me if you wanna talk.

Love you all!
Jess

Here's a Rant

Okay, so today I decided to get onto Etsy. There was a shop on there I REALLY liked called essenceofTwilight. Well, I went there today and it's CLOSED INDEFINITELY. Supposedly, Summit Entertainment told them to stop selling their products and they obliged. It makes me sad. :(

So, now I'm a little aggravated. Just my luck, wanting to check out anything new they had only to find out that their shop has closed because Summit wants to be well...Summit. >.<

On to other news...

My week for school is pretty crazy. I have two final tests to do this week, (not including three other big tests before the finals next week) and am still awake. I can't find anything to make me calm down.

Life. Sucks.

Plus, I've still not gotten my books (ordered a week ago) for my History of Rock and Roll class (long story short, I needed a humanities credit).

*Sighs* Okay.

I think I feel a LITTLE better now, but probably only for the moment. Talk to everyone soon!
